This hand mixer is very powerful. I love it! I have used it on oatmeal cookie batter and banana bread batter, which are both thick. The mixer did very well. The beaters are easy to clean. It comes with 2 types of beaters, one set for bread dough and one set for general use. This mixer was shipped quickly.
